We calculate the value of losses sustained on unfair dismissal using prescribed methods
(using Ogden tables and Employment Tribunal guidelines), and also recommend results using our 'best estimate' assumptions,
which may differ significantly.
We have provided reports for use in Court, Employment Tribunals and informal negotiations.
We have also assisted individuals where other pension losses have been sustained. In on case, we identified
that the scheme appeared to ignore ten years of pensionable service, due to the individual having left the company and rejoined
